FRAUD ALERT!!

It has come to the attention of Wheeler Machinery Co. that fraudulent duplicates of our checks have been distributed through the mail, to numerous addressees.  Enclosed with these checks is a letter indicating that the addressee has won a sweepstakes, and the enclosed check is for the “advance” that they’ve supposedly won.  These letters and checks are fraudulent and part of a criminal scam.  Wheeler Machinery Co. has no such sweepstakes.  Wheeler Machinery Co. has no connection with such letters, entities, sweepstakes, or any persons identifying themselves to represent such.  Any check included in such mailing is a forgery and fraudulent and will not be honored.

Recipients of this letter and the forged check can mail the items to Wheeler Machinery Co. at the correct address of 4901 West 2100 south Salt Lake City, Utah 84120  to the attention of Mandy Sexton, to be turned over to the authorities.  Alternatively, the recipient can turn the items over to their postmaster reporting that they have been targeted for a sweepstake scam.
